The replacement of the roof happened on October 2, 2000. The crew from Excell General Contracting made short work of removing the seventy-seven year old roof from the Harrington Grist Mill. With the roof removed, the conveyor belt head was easily seen in the direct sunlight. By the end of the day, the roof had been professionally installed by Excell Construction.
